HIRING POLICY

1. Applications are taken by appointment only based on our employment needs at the time. We hire applicants solely based upon merit. 2. When openings become available, we reserve the right to review applications already on file, prior to hiring. Applications will be considered for only 30 days. It is the applicant's responsibility to keep our hiring personnel informed of his/her availability and his/her current address and phone number.

3. Applicants must schedule a time with our office personnel to apply for a job. We hire based on personal contact with individuals so that we can make sound business judgments as to the most qualified applicants. We do not accept group applicants or photocopied forms.

Consent Agreement

In connection with my application for employment with B. Dean Construction LLC, I understand that B. Dean’s substance abuse program requires me to submit a sample of my urine for chemical or other analysis.

I further understand that the purpose of this analysis is to determine or rule out the presence of controlled substances and/or drugs in my urine and to establish my eligibility for employment with B. Dean Construction LLC.
