Lee’s Summit-based B. Dean Construction has been named general contractor for the new 52,000-square foot T-Shotz golf and entertainment complex in the Metro North Crossing redevelopment. The project is targeted for an early 2020 completion.

“We are excited to be selected as the general contractor for the building construction and will be working as a team with Superior Bowen who is completing the site work portion of the work,” said Randy Dean, partner of B. Dean Construction. “We are starting foundation work (this week), so the public will see activity on the job site from now on.”

Metro North Crossing is slated to include a cinema, hotel, multifamily residential, as well as unique retail and dining destinations. Located at the site of the former Metro North Mall at the corner of U.S. 169 and NW Barry Road, T-Shotz will feature 66 hitting bays on three levels where guests can eat, drink and socialize while overlooking a 200-yard green-turfed target range.
